These AI Terms ("AI Terms") govern your access to and use of We-Connect Systems LLC's artificial intelligence-powered features, including but not limited to "AI Assist," "Post Remix," and "AI Agents" (collectively, the "AI Features"). By accessing or using any AI Feature, you agree to be bound by these AI Terms in addition to our Terms of Use, Customer Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Processing Agreement.
1.Description of AI Features
1.1 AI Assist: An AI-powered tool that processes publicly available and user-provided LinkedIn content, including profiles and messaging threads, to generate contextual insights, summaries, emails, suggested connection requests, and follow-up messages, and to draft or send replies in co-pilot or autonomous mode.
1.2 Post Remix: An AI utility that enables users to generate and customize LinkedIn posts by remixing trending content using tone and style preferences, scheduling options, and AI-generated drafts.
1.3 AI Agents: AI features that score and rank contacts by fit, analyze sentiment from LinkedIn engagement, and detect buying-intent signals in order to segment and route contacts within your campaigns. These outputs support your outreach decisions, and you remain responsible for how you act on them. Where these features process personal data, they do so as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
2.User consent and acknowledgment
By enabling or using any AI Feature, you:
- Consent to the automated processing of LinkedIn-related and user-submitted content by our AI systems;
- Acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided for assistance only. We recommend that you review AI-generated content before it is published or sent. Where you enable an automated or fully autonomous mode that publishes or sends content without your review, you acknowledge that such content is sent without prior human review at your direction, and you accept full responsibility for it;
- Accept full responsibility for any use of AI-generated content.
3.Data usage and processing
3.1 Data collected: For AI Assist, profile metadata, conversation threads, message drafts, and prompt history. For Post Remix, user-selected post samples, input parameters, tone settings, and AI-generated post content. For AI Agents, contact attributes and LinkedIn engagement signals used for scoring and segmentation.
3.2 Purpose: We use this data to provide and improve the AI Features, generate relevant outputs, and support your use of the Services.
3.3 Storage and retention: AI input and output data are retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service or until deleted by you. We do not use your Customer Data or Google user data to train or improve AI models. We use only aggregated, de-identified information to measure feature performance.
3.4 Third-party processing: We-Connect does not share individual user data with third parties except as required by law or to operate the Services. The AI Features rely on third-party AI model providers and cloud infrastructure providers, which process content under strict confidentiality as subprocessors under our Data Processing Agreement.
4.Use restrictions and responsibilities
- You agree not to use AI Features to produce or disseminate false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.
- You remain solely responsible for all communications and content generated through your We-Connect account, including any AI-generated drafts and any content sent in an automated or autonomous mode.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to replicate the AI models used in the Features.
5.Disclaimer of warranties
The AI Features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We-Connect makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content, and makes no guarantee regarding the effectiveness or performance of AI outputs in achieving your objectives.
6.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We-Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the AI Features, including damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if We-Connect has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.Feature modification and availability
We-Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI Feature, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Continued use of the AI Features following any change constitutes your acceptance of that change.
8.Beta features
AI Features may be released as beta or experimental. As such, they may contain bugs, experience interruptions, or undergo significant changes. We-Connect disclaims any liability associated with the use of beta functionality.
9.Termination and suspension
We-Connect may suspend or terminate your access to the AI Features, or your entire account, if you violate these AI Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws.
10.Governing law
These AI Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.Amendments
We-Connect may update these AI Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the AI Features after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AI Terms.
