We‑Connect AI Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of We‑Connect’s artificial intelligence-powered features, including but not limited to “AI Assist” and “Post Remix” (collectively, the “AI Features”). By accessing or using any AI Feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to We‑Connect’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Description of AI Features

1.1 AI Assist: An AI-powered tool that processes publicly available and user-provided LinkedIn content including profiles and messaging threads to generate contextual insights, summaries, emails, suggested connection requests, and follow-up messages.

1.2 Post Remix: An AI utility that enables users to generate and customize LinkedIn posts by remixing trending content using tone/style preferences, scheduling options, and AI-generated drafts.

2. User Consent and Acknowledgment

By enabling or utilizing any AI Feature, you:
• Consent to the automated processing of LinkedIn-related and user-submitted content by our AI systems; • Acknowledge that any content generated by the AI is provided for assistance only and must be reviewed and approved by you before publishing or sending; • Accept full responsibility for any use of AI-generated content.

3. Data Usage and Processing

3.1 Data Collected:
• AI Assist: Profile metadata, conversation threads, message drafts, and prompt history.
• Post Remix: User-selected post samples, input parameters, tone settings, and AI-generated post content.

3.2 Purpose: We use this data exclusively to provide and improve the AI Features, generate relevant outputs, and enhance user experience.

3.3 Storage and Retention: AI-generated content and input data are retained for the duration necessary to deliver the service or until deleted by the user. Data may be anonymized and used in aggregate form to evaluate feature performance and refine models.

3.4 Third Party Sharing: We‑Connect does not share individual user data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or for service operation (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality).

4. Use Restrictions and Responsibilities

• You agree not to use AI Features to produce or disseminate false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content.
• You remain solely responsible for all communications and content generated through your We‑Connect account, including any AI-generated drafts.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to replicate the AI models used in the Features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The AI Features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We‑Connect makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content. No guarantee is made regarding the effectiveness or performance of AI outputs in achieving user objectives.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, We‑Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the AI Features, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if We‑Connect has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Feature Modification and Availability

We‑Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI Feature, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Continued use of the AI Features following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

8. Beta Features

AI Assist and Post Remix may be released as beta or experimental features. As such, they may contain bugs, experience interruptions, or undergo significant changes. We‑Connect disclaims any liability associated with the use of beta functionality.

9. Termination and Suspension

We‑Connect may suspend or terminate your access to the AI Features, or your entire account, if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

We‑Connect may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the AI Features after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
